Simmons Beautyrest Colossal Rest Premium Dog Bed

I read the reviews about this product being smaller than expected. THIS IS TRUE. To give you perspective I have 33lb Whippet and the large bed is perfect fit. If you have a bigger dog avoid this product. Here is a picture to give you an idea.On the upside, my dog loves this bed! and the quality seems good!

I just received this bed for my dear Francis. I ordered the MEDIUM and it was the exact size as mentioned in the description. It was so soft in the area in which he lays and firm yet comfy around the perimeter. He likes to be curled up in a small space and this is perfect. He's a 70lb lab/pit bull mix and he fit perfectly.

I looked for a couple of months for a new bed for my Abby & l decided on this one from the description, reviews & pictures. I wasn't disappointed & Abby loves it. A dog's bed is their safe place & personal space replacing it can be traumatic. I put the new bed next to her old bed for a few days & I let her check it out on her own. The 1st day she ignored it. The next day she sniffed it & but still wouldn't get in it. On the 3rd day she finally got in it, walked around & sniffed it but went back to her old bed. On the morning of the 4th day I woke up & guess who was asleep in the new bed with her favorite blanket? Yep, she had even brought her blankie over to the new bed. The true test is how much your dog likes it & my Abby loves it. It's a beautiful bed, well-built & its a Simmons Beautyrest! What more could you ask for? LOL

I’m so impressed with this bed! Our two mini dachshunds love it. I use a thin blanket tucked around the middle sleep pad just so it’s easy to keep clean. We also drape a thicker fleece blanket over the whole thing (tucked underneath at the back so it doesn’t pull off during the night) which makes it a huge, warm cave bed for them. My male dog who chews all his toys to shreds has not chewed this bed at all after initial commands. It’s got plenty of padding with no sign of flattening yet. The raised sides are perfect to snuggle into.Well worth the price.

Although the overall product is okay. Just okay so can’t give it more than 3 stars. The bed arrived in a box that was not damaged BUT it was not sealed on one end at all. No tape or anything that would have closed it attempted. That end of the bed arrived dirty. Next we ordered the larger bed. The dimensions of the bed advertised is not even close to what was received. We have a 55 pound dog and the largest bed is too small. The INSIDE dimensions are closer to 21x24 versus what is in the selling description. The color is gorgeous but as other reviews state & I missed when I ordered there is no way to wash this bed. The cover is not removable.

Nice cozy bed! The bolster has a lot of firmness to it. The bottom cushion seems to have shredded memory foam in it. This is nice, but could be just a little firmer. The overall fabric iis of very good quality. This bed is not machine washable… Nothing unzips. I ordered the large. I have a 100 pound Boxer dog. He has ample room due to the fact that he likes to curl up when he sleeps. If your dog prefers stretching out then this bed will not be big enough for him. Overall, I am happy with the bed.

This bed is by far my dogs favorite, it’s so comfortable, the only issue I have with it, is that it is not easy to clean. There is no slip cover and it’s too big for a normal washing machine.

So my sister had given my pup this bed a few years ago and my dog loved it! However three years later and there were some holes on the bedding.. so I came here to buy a new one and got the larger size (which I thought is what she had before) as you can see this sweet 20lb pup has a FULL bed to herself and loves it still! Great buy and would pay the money all over again

This is a very sturdy, soft, comfortable bed. My standard poodles is picky about the beds she'll sleep in, and this is one of her favorites. I have the medium sized one for the car, and the large one at the foot of the bed - she is just as happy sleeping in her bed as ours.

Large Brown - Received early than expected, we were so happy to watch our full grown Doberman’s first night sleep on her new bed. She looks so comfy and have enough room stretch her long legs after a few hours of sleep..... and rubs her floppy ears with her front arms. So funny to watch. No more sleep on our couch, yay!!!

Inside dimensions we incorrect. Instead of 31 inches it is actually about 23. Looks like a good quality item but I ordered this based on needing a minimum 28 inch inside length.
