The record sounds amazing and there is absolutely no skipping. The reviews where people say the record skips a lot are because of the insanely heavy bass from the way they mixed this record. It sounds really nice, but low-quality record players with no cantilever in the stylus will not be able to handle the bass and will jump out of the grooves. The music is great too, with only one or two tracks I don't love. Super happy with this purchase, it's great quality for the money.
