Unhappily Satisfied 😌
The product is excellent, however, the promised installation service was not provided, necessitating the engagement of an independent carpenter. While both the product and the installation meet my expectations, I am concerned that the warranty may be void due to the installation not being performed by an authorized Godrej professional. This appears to be an unfair stipulation, as the lack of provided installation service compels customers to seek alternative arrangements, thereby potentially invalidating warranty coverage.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Fairly easy to install as it has the diagram which u simply have to cut and paste on the door once u are able to figure out whether u have a left side opening door or a right side opening door. Also u could leave more gap from the left side if u have a door which opens inside from right to left. If u install it according to the diagram then when there will be very little gap left for u to adjust the screws which controls the closing speed. I had to remove it once to adjust the speed but then I am not a carpenter. Did it myself reading the instructions and works quite well. Also I think its expensive because it’s branded.
