NH AA Battery & Integrated USB Charger Rechargeable 1450mAh 1.2V (2 Pack)

These USB chargeable AA batteries work well with my wireless keyboards, mice, and remotes. I know i have been in a situation where i just cannot find the charging device for the old style rechargeable batteries... but guess what, the charging device is built into the battery. The device contains a blue and red LED light around the USB plug to show when the battery is charging or completely full. The only downsides i have seen is that you are sacrificing some battery for the USB plug and cap. An old fashioned rechargeable battery has a slightly higher capacity because it doesn't have the smarts to charge the battery included. I could also see the elastic band wearing out or snapping at some point which may lead to loosing the battery cap.. making the device unusable.

I have another version of these by a different manufacturer that aren't Nickel-Metal Hydride. The problem with NiMH and why it was phased out in favor of Lithium-based rechargeables long ago was that the batteries develop a memory and over time start to degrade in charging capacity. This exact problem presented itself with these batteries that seemed to have been "fully" charged out of the package for a period of 30 minutes, and then would only charge that much after being drained, and wouldn't last longer than 30 minutes IN A MOUSE. The other brand that I have, and will be purchasing instead, lasts anywhere from two weeks to a month in the same type of wireless mouse before I'm told that I need to recharge.

They fail to hold there charge after an hour of use then need to recharge for an hour and a half. One didnt charge unless pressure was applied

I view everything I buy as an investment. These work. I love that I can charge them anywhere and everywhere!
