Follow up
I used this product on my neck and face once a day for 3+ weeks and did see the improvement on my neck. I definitely feel the heat, the light and the micro vibration of the device helped the absorption of any nutrients I had applied on my face ( such as vitamin c serum or brightening emulsion).If you have any questions or concerns with this product, I believe the best way to contact the seller is via email. They responded back within 24 hours and was very apologetic for the inconvenience it may have caused.

I love this product as it is was to easy use ...
I love this product as it is was to easy use and contours to the face and neck. I love that it gets warm on tow of the settings. My first one came apart and when I contacted manufacturer they replaced it right away. I was impressed with the ease of getting an replacement, great service from the company.

great little skin care tool
I BOUGHT THIS DEVICE FROM ZULILY AT A DISCOUNT[t is terrific and I highly recommend this device. It follows the curves of your face with a gentle vibration and really helps absorb skin care of all kinds, I use the red and green lights but if I get a zit i will use the blue light directly on the pimple; It is light weight and portable. I feel that it it is a great little skin care tool to add to my skin care routine.

This is an excellent device to tighten and lift the neck. It is not a miracle machine. Do not expect miracles if you are over 40 with a turkey neck to get a fix -get surgery and take better care of yourself.
