Continuously falls behind
Very good looking clock.Mine falls behind 1 to 2 minutes behind every week.

Unrepairable and no customer support
I bought one of these about 2 months ago. A tube has already burnt out. I understand that these things happen, but I have made many attempts to contact the company, both email, phone, and through their website so that they can honor their warranty. They will not reply. I’m not even certain they even have someone to contact in the US. So my last resort is to repair it myself. Guess what? In the pictures, the plastic enclosure appears to snap together. It does not. It is solvent welded close. Furthermore, the tubes are soldered in, making it completely unrepairable without destroying it. No wonder they won’t return my calls. This would be a very expensive clock if it worked, but it is an extremely expensive piece of junk and a bad mistake. You have been warned.
