If you're on Xbox, with console on press pair on controller then press pair button on console. if you're on switch use touch screen then go to "controllers" then "change grip and order" then press pair button on controller. **Q: Is there any major lag?** A: For most modern 3D games designed for HD tvs, you won't notice any lag at all (Zelda BofW, Mario Odyssey). However, play something that requires incredible precision, like MegaMan 11 (which seems to require the sharp timing of the older CRT-intended games), and you will notice enough lag to get you killed when using a wireless controller.
