I only took 1 pill which was enough to totally change my cravings for food. I could not smell anything, I always like to have turkey bacon in the morning and I didn't have a taste for it. Also, my sense of smell was gone (weird) I didn't want to eat and the idea of someone cooking or eating in front of me turned me off. All I wanted to do was drink water, no cravings for sweets or salty foods. I'm a snacker so this pill made me feel weird. I'm not sure if others have the same feelings but this is my experience. Also, I'm taking Chromium and Bitter Melon daily, I heard these two supplements may have natural suppressant qualities that may have aided my craving shut down. On another note, I take medicine for my blood pressure and at first I was concerned that the caffeine in this product would some how effect my heart rate, it didn't (1 pill a day). I did not get any type of jitters or anxious feelings. It does make me feel full for a little while, but just a little, like few hours. As a result, I ate not enough in the morning and eat more in the night, because the caffeine content make it impossible to take at night time.
