Great buy!
I was a little skeptical about this backpack at first since there weren't a lot of reviews on it, but after receiving it in the mail I absolutely love it! The zippers are all metal and glide so nicely when opening and closing the pockets. Not the mention love having the anti-theft zipper pocket on the back for my money/phone. All the pockets are very roomy, and the padding for the back and shoulders are amazing. Super comfortable! So glad I decided on this one. Great value but has downsides from more expensive back packs
Had this for over a year now and still going. I use it every day for work and for personal activities. For over a year of constant use it has done very well, especially for the price. I have two downsides. One is there is something inside the backpack that sounds like you are crumpling up wrapping paper. I don't notice it unless I am putting something in the backpack. Once I am wearing it, I don't notice it. I only notice it because my last backpack apparently made no noise and the first time I opened this one it was definitely noticeable. Now I always notice it. Second is the zipper to one pocket came off the tracks about 6 months in. GIven it was one of the smaller ones and I still have 4 more pockets, it isn't a bit deal. I know how to get a zipper back on track but it still will come apart unless the two zippers meet at the one specific point. Little annoying and no idea why it won't go back on track.Overall great value and when it's time for another one, this one would be in consideration to buy again.

Bad backpack
Not quality stitching. The only reason that I'm not giving this product a 1 star is because it is roomy and the zippers have held up good. Now on the stitching. The stitching held up for about a week and then it began to tear. The first part that ripped was on the shoulder strap. It's a decent sized tear but it didn't affect the function of the bag. Then about 2 weeks after that, the bigger tear happened. Along the entire back left side if the backpack (where the padding was placed) it was ripped. The padding is completely exposed. I when I saw the reviews talking about the stitching I just thought they were outliers. I'm hoping that the bag that I got is one of those and I can get in contact with the company to fix this.Update: This backpack has gotten worse every day. The stitching is ripping with every movement of the backpack. I'm disappointed that the backpack didn't even last half of the school year.

Does what I need!
It's bigger than I expected, but it has all the right pockets for what I need, and it looks great. It's also super comfy; the padding makes it much easier on your shoulders and back. Great for a busy college student. I just wish it were a bit lighter!

Fell apart
Bought this for my ninth grader. It’s been less than four months, and the zipper is broken and it is tearing at the top of one of the straps. The only thing carried in his backpack was a binder, some PE clothes, and a lunchbox. Our high school doesn’t send our kids home or around school textbooks. bought this for my ninth grader. It’s been less than four months, and the zipper is broken and it is tearing at the top of one of the straps. The only thing carried in this backpack was a binder, some PE clothes, and a lunchbox. Our schools keep the textbooks in the classrooms and at the homes, so were no textbooks being carried around in this backpack. The one star was for the attractiveness. No returns after one month, so they clearly do not stand by their product.

I initially gave this a 5 star because it seemed very durable and we loved all the pockets. Today was the second day of school and it has already ripped at the shoulder. Very disappointing considering the price

My thoughts on the bag
Great looking book bag, has good back supporting with cushion type for your back. Material feels like a your every day bag. Tested all the zippers if they feel right, one part was open when it should've been closed, but I just unzipped and zipped it back up,That was easily treated. Other than that the bookbag feels great. Their is a lot of room for your personal belongings and other materials you may put in the bag.

Excellent book bag
Super sturdy and with a ton of compartments, this was perfect for my middle schooler. Would recommend.
