On board Android apps don't work, no support from the Manufacturer.
None of the on board Apps work like they claim. For example, the Netflix app that came installed on the machine was outdated and wouldn't stream anything. Netflix returned an error that I must update the App in order to stream. I tried to update the app to the current version and was told the current version is not compatible with my device and will be removed. (???) Unfortunately I did not document the above stated with photos, and now Netflix is gone from my treadmill.Additionally, the description says that the treadmill supports up to 300lbs/136kg , however the user profile perimeters only go up to 220lbs/100kg. (Please see attached photo.) Also, there is no way to change it from kilos to pounds.I periodically get a super loud, very annoying error message that whatever device I am charging with the USB port is exceeding the voltage allowed. I want to be very clear that I have never used the USB port for anything, not once, let alone for charging a device. It's a little concerning that I am getting a voltage warning on a USB port I am not even using. The screeching error tone won't completely stop until I acknowledge the error message on the screen. But if I don't literally run to the treadmill and acknowledge the message fast enough, it disappears from the screen and I have to stand at the treadmill waiting for it to cycle the screeching tone again after about 5 mins. It's very inconvenient. I don't know, maybe it's the Manufacturer ingenious, albeit annoying attempt, at making me get off my *ss and run. 😂Another periodic message I receive is that the system memory is almost full and I need to free up space. Full from what? I haven't added anything that would take up any substantial memory. I have the info saved from the history of the 30 or times I used the treadmill. The only other thing I have done on the thing is the failed Netflix update. I have not put anything else on the machine, so how can I be running out of memory?Lastly, I wanted to use the FitBill app in conjunction with the Treadmill, as is advertised for this treadmill. After downloading the App on my phone, I attempted to register. Well wouldn't you know, that doesn't work either. You put in your e-mail address and password ant then there is supposed to be a captcha code to also enter. As you can see from the attached photo, there is no code shown. Without a code, you cannot continue the registration process. 😒A quick check of the App in the Google Play Store shows that the App was last updated in December of 2017. Oh well, just one more selling point that doesn't work.I tried to contact customer support with all of these concerns and received no response. I see from another review that the Manufacturer said they were supposed to push a software update wirelessly and that the User never received it. Well I never received the update either, despite leaving the treadmill on for most of the day and having to deal with the above stated periodic error messages.Don't get me wrong, this actually does work very well as a treadmill. The incline and speed variables are wonderful and overall the treadmill feels very sturdy. It didn't arrive broken, and was assembled very easily. But none of the up-sells in design work like they should. I ultimately have to rest my iPad in front of the LCD screen and stream Netflix when I work out. It's a very disappointing fix for a treadmill that was over $800.All of that being said, I wanted to comment on how very pleasant the attended delivery was that Amazon provided as part of the purchase price. The two Gentlemen that delivered the treadmill were prompt and exceptionally courteous.(I waited for over a month of use of this treadmill before putting together this review.)

Cool features and a nice screen and interface
Very nice. Easy to put together. Quite and well built. Cool features and a nice screen and interface. The online videos keep me interested and walking time flies by. You won't find a better machine at this price. I am beyond happy with my purchase!PROs:- Touch screen: very fancy - cool options for workout- Wifi Connection: allows you to stream music or watch movies on line- Multiple users: each user’s workout data is saved on the display- Loud speakers on treadmill- Storage for water bottles, headphones and other accessories- 1% to 15% auto incline and 1 to 10 MPH speed changes- Easily fold upCONs:- I don't like that the power switch is down by the cord instead of on the top console. (we have it up against the wall and you can't reach it easily).- The heart rate monitor is not perfect but neither is the one at my gym which costs over $5K.

Very good product
The treadmill arrived one day late and the carton had minor damage but the contents were unharmed. The instructions for assembling the treadmill were accurate and easy to follow. The operating instructions leave a lot to be desired but most of it I have figured out on my own. Now that I have been using the treadmill for several weeks I am very pleased with the product. It works as advertised and by all appearances is well built. The warranty, compared with Nordic Track treadmills, is not very good but I am hopeful that like most products that I purchase the warranty will never be used.

An amazing and sturdy treadmill at a reasonable price
An amazing and sturdy treadmill at a reasonable price. My family has required a treadmill for a while. After reading and researching for a couple of months I found this to fit what we needed comparing about a dozen treadmills. I specifically wanted a treadmill that was quiet, reliable and sturdy and my wife wanted a treadmill that can watch TV or videos. We've had it for about a month now and have not had a problem. My wife walks at an incline and I jog. Both of us are happy and use it almost everyday. No complains so far.DELIVERY:The package came in perfect condition. No scratches, dings or dents.SETUP:Assembly is straightforward and instructions are well written. It took us about 20 minutes to put it together.PERFORMANCE:Sturdy - No wobbling handles/console.Quiet - The motor is relatively quiet even at a high speed. You can hear your footsteps more than the noise from the motor.Smooth – Belt operation is smooth.Speed can adjust up to 10 mph, by increments of 0.1 mph.Incline can adjust up to 15%, by increments of 1%.TOUCH SCREEN:This touch-screen feature has WIFI, which means you can watch online videos or Netflix. It has lots of pre-programed workouts and users to track their workout.User – It allows multiple users. Each user can have separate workout record and workout programs.Fitness Goal – Enter your targeted time, calories or distance each time before your workout. The treadmill stops automatically when you achieve the goal. You can set a goal like 200 calories, 45 minutes or 5 miles etc.Fitness Program – It has various pre-programed workouts like walking, jogging, climbing and running etc. The Slop Blend mode enables you to create custom workouts. I made a custom workout, varying my speed between 7 MPH and 4 MPH. The program controls speed and incline automatically, which suits my needs perfectly for an interval workout.Fitbill App – This requires you to download app to your smartphone, register an account and create workout plans then sync to the treadmill. The app includes trainer program and custom program too. I do not use the trainer program but it seems a good workout routine for a beginner to achieve fitness goal. You can track your workout on both treadmill and smartphone if your select a program from this menu.Video – The Android system has some pre-installed apps to watch videos like Netflix and YouTube or you can download other app from Play Store. My wife loves to watch videos while walking. It makes workout less boring and time goes faster.Overall, I am very satisfied with it. This is a super amazing and sturdy treadmill at a reasonable price. The digital screen makes workout fun. I would recommend it to everyone.
