Batter Pro

We saw this item in a video on YouTube. I was searching for a demo on frying fresh lake perch. We like a thinner batter- not a 1/2 inch of batter coating. The guy demonstrating his method of cooking perch used the Batter Pro. My husband and I thought it was a great idea and so much easier of a cleanup than having several bowls to wash, one for dry batter, egg, bread crumbs or whatever. It washes out easily and it stacks for ease of storage. I got on Amazon and there it was. So glad Amazon makes it easy to find things-Thanks Amazon!I would recommend this to anyone who even occasionally uses the above method of cooking.

I love battered okra, chicken and just about everything, the only thing I hate is the key part, battering! This nifty product makes that job so much easier, no more club fingers! I hate having to wash my hands after battering a few okra or chicken breast, and also when the food isn't battered evenly. When the food isn't battered evenly the cook times aren't the same and sometimes the batter flakes off in the oil. Say goodbye to all of that and buy this product!

I had this product once before and it was lost in the big 2005 storm of New Orleans..So when I found it again I was like a kid. Now I bought one for my sister. She loves it. And it does what it clams. NO mess, on dirty hands and less waste. yes I will telleveryone I know to get one.

Oh how I love the pro batter, it works wonders. I fry chicken n cubed steaks so it helps u don't have to use plastic bags anymore. I can save my flour for the next time I need it. My husband loves it as well, he uses it as much as I do.

Very nice contraption. I think I can throw away all the old bread and grocery bags that I used to use for battering.

It worked. what else is there to say? Why can't I just say it was a good deal and stop all this nonsense

Works great, and is large enough to put a lot of chicken parts in all at once. And good to flour the beef when I make stew. Very easy and non messy way to flour meats. Very happy with it.
