Finally the right tool to check the transmission fluid! After much searching and trying several different ones this one actually accurately measures the fluid level in our 2011 Jeep liberty. This product is well made has great durability and does its job well. What more could you ask for? Also the product arrived quickly and was packaged well. The customer service was also great. I would recommend this dip stick tool to anyone who sees the dealer only cap and laughs because you know you can check your own transmission fluid! 5 stars all day.

Good product but it came with no directions/explanations on how to use it. The dipstick is purposely about 10" too long.You insert it until you feel it hit bottom; pull it out and read the well-marked dipstick.I give it 5 stars because it's marked well at the reading end of the stick but some people might think it's incorrect because it's 10" too long.

It worked great. I have a Jeep Liberty KK with the 42RLE transmission and this dipstick saved me a lot of money because I ignored the "Dealer use only" cap on the fill tube. It has readings in mm, so just make sure you know the level the fluid is supposed to be at.
