Smaller than expected, but beautiful!
Bought this box for a teenage girl. It was much smaller than expected, check the specs so you aren't surprised. However it is just lovely. My husband doesn't think the inlay is real, but if it were, it would be a lot more expensive. The inlay and mother of pearl is beautiful. If it is not real, it is some sort of decal that is then varnished over. The box is beautiful! I'm not disappointed despite the size.

Attractive, but not sure of the color.
I was surprised with the packaging. There was one small piece of tissue paper folded in the box, and that was under the jewelry box. There was nothing covering the box. Also, this was a gift for my mother and I specifically chose a purple one. I don’t know if it is purple, it looks black. The online photos show different shades, but the top is clearly purple in appearance. The one I purchased is not.Otherwise, it is very attractive in appearance.If it was clearly purple, I would give it 4.5 stars.

You won't be disappointed
The pictures don't give the boxes the justice they deserve. They are wonderfully crafted and exquisite. I was stunned enough by the box that I ended up buying another one for myself as the first one was a gift.
