I took a chance on a cheap chin strap and regret it - if it was free it would have been worth every cent. As it was, paying $12 for this was just money down the drain. First, the material is as cheap as possible, so that it quickly loses its stretchy quality and has to be adjusted tighter and tighter, until there is no more adjustment or tightness possible. This took about a month overall, so it's not really possible to send it back now.Secondly, the "rough side" of the velcro is exposed, and the "softer side" you'd expect to be exposed is not. So this thing is almost painful to use. Just flat out a stupid design, period, poorly made and thought out by someone not even considering how it will be used, only how cheaply they can make it. It was uncomfortable the whole time.The only reason it gets two stars instead of 1 is that at least the ear holes were adequate so that it didn't feel like it was sawing off my ears all night like the previous strap (I did send that one back after 2 nights). It occasionally twists on your head so that the straps are cutting on your ears, but can be twisted back to stop that irritant.I finally realized that this one would not work out and ordered a $35 chin strap from Amazon, and it is better in every respect, including the ear hole positioning. It always works, fits better, feels great, soft side velcro is all you feel, and the stretch remains in the fabric. So, forget these cheap ones, for this particular device, you get what you pay for. This will be with you for a long time, so don't go with cheap knock-offs.

This may sound stupid, but it should have come with directions. I can't get it to fit right. I think it is too big. It does not maintain the pressure on my chin during the night. Either I am doing something wrong or there is something wrong with the product. I don't mind being told I am doing something wrong, but in this case I have nothing to tell me.

Doesn't work all that well for me. It's better than my cpap machine but my wife still says I snore when I'm wearing it. It doesn't mean it won't work for someone else. Just didn't work for me.Comfortable is why I gave it 2 stars.

It may have worked but I couldn't use it because of the rubber smell. And even if I could have gotten past that my wife would never have been able to due to her responses to strong chemical smells. May be a great product but I'll never know/

Works great. Strong odor (mentioned in a previous review) upon opening is gone after soaking in water.

I put this on initially to fit it and see how it works. As I took it off the Velcro got stuck in my hair and tore a chunk out trying to unravel it. It ended up in the garbabe

Very comfortable. I wear it along with my CPAP.
