This is for you to do with your children at home. My husband was pretty picky in choosing a primer for our boys - he knows tajweed and wanted something without the rainbow colors, and something that our boys can build progressively build upon. He started at age 4 with my son; they sat together for 15-20 minutes 5 nights a week and completed the book within a few months! It definitely gave my son the confidence to read the Quran successfully (he's age 5.5 and they've completed the first 10 chapters!).
