Superb build, great value.
Great value. Perfect for my (very occasional) use. I will pair it with my monopod (of the same brand) and sometimes a tripod. I do have a lighter, simpler quick release gadget to top off the monopod and the monopod can be screwed directly into the camera. But this will really help me with a specific project. Great brand.

Good tripod head
Great ball and socket head. Very sturdy and well made. A bit bigger than I expected but like it a lot

Excellent for the price
Well built with a weighty feel. Great matt black finish. There is no rubber grip on the turning knobs which is something I would like to see on it. Nice smooth action for pano shots. Included are two step down adaptors if your tripod isn't the standard 3/8th, a phone holder and two plates. This ball head fits my Manfrotto 290 perfectly.Absolutely worth the money. You won't be disappointed.

Not Suitable for Full Frame Cameras
I got this because it seemed very sturdy and had good reviews. However, when used with my Nikon D850, the ballhead doesn't stay in place and keeps moving. It moves a lot depending on the type of lens added. I tried to take vertical videos but had to give up but it might be ok if you're only taking horizontal shots or if you have a very light camera. The D850 should be within the range of this camera but the head couldn't handle the weight.

Astro Astronomy
I was searching for a ball head to use for Astro Photography and found this for les than half price of the one for my Ioptron Skyguider tm Pro, the only difference I could see was the name on the Ball Head, it looks and feels Sturdy along with a very good finish also when the ball is locked it holds its setting so you are not having to recheck and reset Polar Alignment .I will do a follow up once I have used it out in the field for a few months.
