I'm a really hard sell on pillows but I really needed to replace mine and this one had great reviews online. I'm so glad I did! The cool affect is powerful but not overwhelming (and I like using the pillow when it's cold out too). It's clearly a really high quality material and so supportive for my neck. I normally have neck pain for awhile when I switch pillows and this was not only painless but my neck felt better. I cannot recommend it enough. Now I've been using it for a few months it's clear this is one of the best pillows I've had.

Pillow started out great. A little thin but I was able to work around that. A year or so later it 'cools' about as well as a regular pillow. In fact I think my regular memory foam pillow is cooler. Not sure if I got a defective one or not but I was definitely hoping for better.

Pillow is great but the odor has not subsided yet after about a month. Has helped my husbands neck. We would give a 10 if not for the smell. Still hoping it will eventually subside. Going to try airing it outside.

The pillow stays slightly cooler than a conventional pillow. I have used it for three weeks and find it comfortable, but I still wake up with a stiff neck and shoulders about as often as before. No improvement.

excellent pillow - I like that it is smaller in size. about 1/2 the size of a large pillowcase so it can be put in a standard pillow case and the case folder over and tucked in for a nice fit.

Great support. A little hard ,not your fluffy adjustable pillow. Doesn't cool at.......all😖

Would not recommend given the price. I purchased two and have used for six months, which resulted in replacing them. They're just too small and the shape constantly shifts as I sleep, which caused me to wake more frequently.

This is the best pillow, totally worth the price. My neck feels so much better.
