The brush is perfect for me. I wish the bristles were a bit softer, but it solves the purpose anyway. The soap lathers well and it is overall easy and effective to use.

I like this item. It does what it is designed for, and is comfortable in the hand while using it.The bristles are not as hard as I would like them to be for exfoliating purposes. I thought they would be similar to a utility brush stiff and plastic. They are soft-but-stiff and very fine. They do the job.

I was expecting something with a little more grab to it, especially on the loofah side. When I added soap to the middle area openings, it made it very hard to get the scrubber to stay with the loofah side towards my back when trying to scrub it (which was the whole reason I bought this product. I have had loofah scrubbers on the long stick and they were okay, but I was hoping this would allow me to cover large parts of my back quickly. It is okay, but not as much "tooth," as an artist might say of a surface, as I was seeking. It was delivered timely, though, and well packaged.

This back scrubber is the perfect size for me as I'm only 5 '2. The scrubber gets me squeaky clean which is exactly the way I want to feel when I take a shower. It's well made so I won't have to replace it for a long time.

The bristles are very soft and it cleans easily. Product seems durable

It's okay. I wish it didn't have the rough side to it because it makes it hard to use. The one side is really stiff and rough.

The bristles on the brush are just right. They're not to soft, not to hard
