King Soba Gluten-Free, Organic Basmati Brown Rice Spaghetti Noodles, 3 Pack

Looking for a decent alternative to traditional high-carb wheat pasta, I've tried the edamame, mung bean, and shirataki "pastas." They can provide a noodle-like base for your sauces and proteins but are very different in taste and texture from regular pasta. King Soba is the closest to traditional pasta noodles that I've come across. Despite the carb count of approximately 40 grams per serving, the glycemic index seems to be accurate in that I have not gained the weight I usually do after eating wheat pasta. Also, for some reason, the King Soba brand has a better taste and texture (firm, but not doughy or chewy) than the other brown rice pasta I've tried (Pastariso). I'm buying more King Soba to replace the Pastariso I just bought.

Great product! My family likes the taste and texture of these noodles. We also appreciate they're healthy and gluten-free! We have ordered them a few times now and they're always top quality!

Very good taste and also very macro friendly. This is good compared to tofu noodles which sticks together when eating. It does has a softer texture compared to regular noodles, and a similar taste as well. Overall great taste and will buy again.

Best Low Carb Noodles So Far! SOOO GOOD! Texture is like the real thing. Gets soft fairly quick, so doesn't hold as well as regular noodles, but still, REALLY GOOD!

Stale and completely lacking in flavor.

Brilliant! A more flexible and substantial texture than white rice noodles. Much better than supermarket options.

They were able to point me in the right direction when my order was nowhere to be found plus this and the Black Rice noodles I also ordered were delicious.
