A: There was no hygiene seal on the bottle I ordered. The ones I have bought in the shops also have no seals.

**Q: Is This Oil free**
A: No it isn’t. It says in the description - “NIVEA's make-up remover features an oil phase that is enriched with Biotin B7 vitamins to provide effective yet gentle eye make-up removal.”

**Q: Does it need to be used witb a cotton pad kr would a reuseable cloth work?**
A: You will need an absorbant pad to enable your eye makeup to be successfully removed. A reusable cloth may not be absorbant enough.
