Helps Moisture Retention in Dry Winter Skin
I was looking for something to help retain my skins moisture during this harsh winter that left me with dry, flakey (ashy) arms and legs regardless at how much I moisturized or what I used. I tried therapy lotions, Avon's Mineral Oil, and pure coconut oil without desire results.So I research phytoceramides and discovered that they hep skin retain moisture which plumps the skin (and wrinkles) from the sub-dermal layers. So double the benefit since I am hitting early 30's with sun damaged skin.I like this brand (Pure Body Nutra) over the Aveya Beauty brand because my dry skin was soothed, however I don't feel it was a miracle for my sun damaged skin or early aging around my eyes.Product MAY have increased oil production for my acne prone skin, but I also stopped hormonal BC that may have contributed to this. Acne seemingly stayed the same.I do notice more moisture retention in my skin overall and will purchase this brand again due to the cost efficiency of the of how many capsules per bottle vs the number if pill in each and the higher mg per dose. Most research found results using 350 mg daily.However, with summer approaching, I may buy a liquid form for summer to use try to topically (around my eyes) and internally because I love the sun and my chemically sensitive skin has not yet found a sunscreen that it doesn't react with and topical vitamin C also breaks me out.

Good Results!
My wife and I both love this product and believe that by taking it with a topical vitamin C serum daily our skin is looking more youthful and less wrinkled.

Calmed down severe eczema!
Hasn't done much as for lines and wrinkles. BUT I have severe eczema and it seems to have calmed it down some, and for that I am thankful! My fingers aren't cracking and bleeding as bad.

It has only been a week and I do not see a difference but I expected that a month would be a fair trial. If nothing else the vitamins are great. There are no negative effects that I have noticed.
