Angel Alert Wireless Pool Guardian and Boundary Alarm- GT-ADA100-2B

The product, packaging, and instructions are good. The unit I received must have spent years in storage since its manufacture. The base station lithium rechargeable battery would not take a charge and was completely dead. The base would only operate on the AC power supply. The wristband rechargeable batteries would take a charge, but only hold it for 15 minutes. On the plus side, when operating on the AC power supply and during the 15 minutes of wristband charge, the system worked flawlessly as intended and described. The 12 volt charger cord was missing from the box, although mentioned on the box, in the instructions, and in the description on Amazon.

The watches charged, but I don't know exactly how you are supposed to know each is paired to the base or when the wristbands batteries die. The units would randomly false alarm when not in use. I called the phone number in the instruction booklet and left a message. The lady called me back and said the company was out of business. This should be indicated by the seller as a discontinued and unsupported product.

what I like about it and it for is to protect my kids. However mine disinfectant and or doesn't work right and only one watch works. I am hoping that getting a new one and sending you this one I just got for Christmas, In July 2020 I was in Hospital having a baby when my 2 year old back at home with my father passed away by slipping in irrigation ditch in front of our home . A friend sent me video of angel watch and it's something that I really need to have to continue to live i our home and keep my other kids safe from drowning. Because I can't loose another one of my babies it would just kill me. With this item I feel like I'll be able to keep use all safe. please 🙏 I sent a message as well. I paid just want to replace the item.

I received the product on time and so far it is working exactly as advertised. I don't know why there aren't more products like this. I'll update with more information once we've used it for a while. We got it for our son who is just learning to walk. I'm going to have a little more piece of mind with him wearing this safety device. If he wanders away I'm alerted, if somehow he falls into water I'm alerted. And it is loud, which is good. Looking forward to testing it at the pool.

Junk.The bracelet has Velcro that the child can easily remove himself. My son thought it was itchy and wouldnt leave it on. The directions on pairing the device seems more complicated than it should and I was never completely sure it ever was.I ended up putting the bracelet in my son’s pocket - I forgot and washed the shorts and the alarm never went off....which it clearly was in contact with water.Not reliable. Would not recommend.

It is very difficult to set up. When you want to use it, you almost feel nervous as you are not certain every time the watches are synced.

I bought 4 units. Each came with 2 watches. Its important to make sure each unit is set up separately.They need to be tested in the water. I had to return 2 of the units because some of the base units didn't pick up the watches within 60 seconds when submersed in water & some of the watches wouldn't charge.

Total junk! Don’t waste your money. I put it back in the box to return. Then misplaced it in the house. So I lost out on my money, but you don’t want have to!
