Roomy, and well constructed. Bought this for my brother who's battling stage IV cancer. He has so many meds and needs to take them with him each time he sees the Doctor. All his meds fit perfectly in this bag, and still room for paperwork and even his IPAD.Very pleased with this purchase.

Great for home and on the go!
I purchased the Rx Rangler for my son who carries an Epi and liquid antihistimine. It is ideal for carrying medications and keeping them neat and organized. The liner wipes clean easily, which is helpful for medication that may spill. I plan to purchase the large Rangler to organize the rest of the family's medications for trips.

Works, however easily broken.
This is good size to carry prescription and over the counter medications. I was disappointed that several of the elastic holders pulled away from the lining with small prescription bottles.
