The actual RC car's forward and backward motions are done by either pressing the trigger (like you shoot a gun) inward or outward. Very simple to figure out. Different from the standard RC controls (which I am bored of by now).The RC monster (not car!) has powerful, big wheels and even moves if it falls sideward. On a straight wall surface, it climbs and flips back and again runs on towards the wall, without losing orientation. Only if the RC flips, you will have to pick it up and place it again on the ground.The distance is pretty good, where I have gone past 60 feet wirelessly. The turn isn’t sharp and is more of a bend. The RC is solid and doesn’t look brittle. It can take falls and still, it will pull through.Overall great worth for money.Pro’s:1. All wheel motor. Powerful2. Solid body frame. Can endure damage.3. Large wheels for an RC. Fast moving.Cons:1. Controls will get confusing when you reverse and turn.2. Easy chances to flip because of large wheels.

It's such a fun toy remote controlled truck, great to play with the kids, I got 3 of them, one for me and two for my kids. We've been having a blast with them.Keep in mind that these are NOT hobby grade RC trucks, they are TOY grade, meaning they don't have proportional steering or throttle control, just on and off (you can't steer just a little, you either steer all the way, or nothing at all, same with throttle, only one speed) BUT, for the price they are unbeatable; I mean you get the truck, remote, and two sets of batteries for about $25, that a great deal.Also, they are are not very fast, not too slow either, so they are great for a first time RC toy for a small child. Their high clearance and the fact that they are crawlers, means they don't get stuck as easy, compared to say, a toy race car or even a buggy, so again, great for first timers.

the battery takes forever to charge. I have been charging it for the past 3 hours and the truck has not moved yet. prayers that it will charge soon.

Rubber tires in front and back absorb impact that protects the rest of the vehicle. Can run multiple trucks in the same space because of the 2400 ghz band technology. The speed and size of the vehicles is perfect for indoor use. We get a lot of rainy, indoor play days here in western Washington and so the size and speed of the vehicles is perfect when the grand kids come over during the rainy season.I have two minor complaints about these trucks. 1. The battery compartment needs to be a tad bigger. It's hard to get the connector tucked in so as to be able to close the compartment door. 2. The battery charger is not "smart". The charging activity light does not go off or change colors when the battery packs are fully charged. You have to keep an eye on them or put them on a timer in order to prevent overcharging. But all in all, for under $30 they are a great value.

We got this for our 5 year old who had some small RC things but nothing really like this. If you or whoever you are buying this for is used to operating any type of proper RC vehicles you will find this thing pretty funny. But if its for a young kid that hasn't played with many "real" RC cars, (Traxxis, Losi, Tamiya) Then you cant beat this thing, its not too fast and is great for just bashing around, it seems to take its hits pretty well.

We bought the blue one for our daughter for Christmas and it held about a 20 minute charge for the first day, then I began having to change out the batteries twice within a 15 minute period. It does drive well, it was really fun for all of our children to lay on the floor while the car drove over them, they all experimented with running different objects over and discovered that the car is very versatile. Although it was neat to drive it everywhere, the plastic is not of good quality, the rubber fell off the tires easily also. I had three daughters playing with it and they're generally very dainty with their toys and things, so it wasn't because they were too hard on it. We then bought a second car (red), thinking maybe the first one was just a fluke (based on most of the reviews I had read, this seemed like it'd be a good product) but the second one was worse than the first. It came in the mail and instantly couldn't hold a long charge, we'd get maybe 5 good minutes before it began to slow down. Then, shortly after the remote shorted out and now it's useless. The kids were only able to use it 4 or 5 times before that happened.

you won't regret this purchase I got two the red and blue one for me and my son and for the money, these things are great and even come with a spare battery to extend your play time. very good capabilities and quality is terrific. for a first RC car purchase.. choose this instead of some of the cheaper RC cars you might come across

My 4 year old absolutely loves this little truck. It's rugged. It climbs surprisingly well. And it's not too fast for him.I will also add that Hapi trading immediately sent us a replacement truck when the rear motor in the first one failed. I reached out to the seller directly and they replied the same day. The first truck still runs, but is definitely slower than the replacement due to lacking a motor.It's worth noting that the batteries that come with the truck seem to last him 15-20 minutes, but I purchased a 2200mAH NiMH batter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FXVHT32/) and it lasts the better part of an hour.For a sub-$30 remote controlled vehicle this is a great pick. Given the wear and tear on the first truck, I expect it will last 4-6 months before requiring further repair.
