Bioflect® Compression Leggings with Bioactive Raised Massaging Knit - for Support and Comfort

These compression leggings were recommended by my physical therapist for my lympho/lipedema knees and legs. I was hesitant of how the upper part of these leggings would affect my gut issues from several surgeries, but I’ve found the high waistband and lighter compression on the tummy area to be quite comfortable. Update: I’ve worn this pair and another pair almost daily for over a month. They seem to be very durable and wash up nicely. These are thicker leggings. Great for cooler temps. As far as getting these on, once I figured out how to do it (definitely do not use the “scrunch” method recommended on the package) I find these go on relatively easily and without pain. Tip: fold them inside out until you have a lower leg amount about the length of a knee high. Pull on up to your knee (like you’d put on a knee high sock). At this point the rest of the legging should be folded back over your calves so that the crotch is inside out at your ankles. Now begin taking about 4-6” and unfold above your knees. Do this again until the legging is about mid-thigh. At this point you can just unfold them the rest of way up over your belly and make any minor adjustments you need to. Reverse the process when you take them off and they’ll be ready to go the next day. The whole process takes me less than a minute and is pain free. Hope this is helpful for anyone with painful legs.

If you suffer from Lymphedema or Lipodema or just have swelling in your legs THESE are the compression leggings to buy. I am tall (5'10"), and plus size (22/24) and have suffered from lympadema for YEARS. I recently started a series of vein surgeries to try and correct the issue but I still have swelling. I have tried EVERY.SINGLE.KIND of compression socks, leggings, you name it. I found these and literally 2 hours after having them on raced to my computer to buy MORE. Like every color available. They have a unique texture to them that gives a very different type of compression, you can feel it with the waffle-like pattern and how it actually gives you support and crazy comfort. I have tossed all of the losers I have invested in in the past and THESE are the only ones I will ever buy again. They are most costly, but trust me, work every penny. They wash and dry great with no striking, no piling, and a nice thicker fabric to give you a more flattering coverage.

I LOVE these compression leggings. I ordered one pair to try them out. After trying them out, I just placed another order for more. The suggested sizing works well for me. Using the included instructions, I was able to pull them on with no problem. The fit is comfortable for me. I frequently wear yoga pants and do yoga, and these fit in very well with my wardrobe. I really like that they are so comfortable, they allow me to go barefoot, and that the compression covers a lot more than just wearing compression socks. What a great find that meets an important need for me!

My PT recommended this specific brand of compression leggings, however, they were way too long. I’m 5’4”, and they covered my heels and my entire foot, leaving only my toes sticking out. I would be fine with that since compression on my feet is needed as well, except that they bunched terribly at the ankle. Returned and ordered the capri length. The quality is very good, just too long.

I was happy that the size I normally wear fit! I’m 5’2 140lbs. I have lipedema, and wanted something compression during the day. So far they seem to work well. The indents make my legs look like a mermaid when I take them off. I also see that they’re made in Italy! Which is almost always good quality. Getting them on is a common struggle, but they have to be snug. They are pretty comfortable once you get them on. They stretch really well. I don’t feel so much soreness before bed.

Run large enough to go over heel of foot to help with ankle swelling. Seem to work better than most compression I've bought in the past. Do not bunch up in any areas, so rubbing or squeezing behind the knee, ankles or groin area. My areas that do swell are supple and I can massage instead of painfully tight from the swelling. Very pleased! 05/26/26 Still very pleased we're now in a humid climate, so far they're bare-able. I know it's important to wear compression. I will say the product must be working, since we're in the car for longer than I should be, my problem areas continue to be supple instead of hardened and tight from additional swelling. My legs are not as swollen as usual when I travel. With the manufacturer would ship more over to the supplier. I really would like a pair in Navy.

I liked the material and how easy these were to put on. These leggings are comfortable. They run big though. I followed the size guide and it said I should order the 3xl. It was too big and not much compression. I returned them for a size 2xl. This second pair fit better. I have lipedema and the compression in the leggings was not enough. My legs ached at the end of the day. This did not happen when I wore other brands of compression. It felt like the compression was stronger on my stomach than my legs. The tightness around the stomach was uncomfortable. I've tried other popular brands of compression leggings. I absolutely hated Jobst. They were so uncomfortable and harder to get on. My Favorite is Czsalus. They have good compression, and fit true to size. For me, all of the compression leggings start to pull down throughout the day and sag a little low at the crotch. They are easy enough to adjust higher but it is annoying having to adjust the leggings multiple times.

I started wearing compression daily in January. I can’t tell you how many days I would have to stop in frustrated crying putting them on. My doctor recommended these Bioflect tights but I had others and thought they would all be the same. They are NOT all the same. These go on well and are so comfortable. The previous brand I had were so hot in warm weather that I hesitated to go outside. I put these Bioflect on and was outside in 80 degrees planting flowers and I forgot I had them on. Plus machine washable? Yes, please! I will be buying more!

Lovely so comfortable, I wear these all day instead of gym pants. 178cm tall 115kg. Size XXL These are the best compression tights Ive every bought, although I haven't bought compression pants in about 15 years. These fit well land are easy to get on/off and the fabric ribbing seems to massage the legs. I feel like these are working as my legs are feeling better. If only they had pockets.

Fit: great Effectiveness: excellent Comfort: perfect I love these, they really help with my heavy leg lymphadema . Definitely would recommend, even at the price (though would be great if cheaper).

Too expensive for what they are.

Fit well, according to size chart. Very comfortable and breathable. Legs feel like they are getting a gentle massage all day. I love these and will buy another pair. They are challenging to apply and it does help to use gloves to smooth them out at you pull them up. There is rather a prominent seam on the inside of each leg but it does not affect the comfort. They are quite a thick fabric and I suspect they might be very warm in summer. It would be ideal if the company could make a more sheer pair for summer wear. I really do notice a beneficial difference between these infrared leggings compared with my more expensive compression stockings. I highly recommend these leggings to anyone who experiences tired, aching legs.

I bought these to help manage swelling due to lipedema. I find them to be comfortable and they do help make my legs feel lighter or more supported. I wore these on long flights and for days with lots of standing at amusement parks, etc. I’ve had these a few years now and they’ve held up well.
