initial experience, getting a replacement unit. Replacement dead on arrival
Updated after purchasing again (first purchase and replacement had problems) Grinding is good, happy with dough smoothness and quality Gets hot compared to other grinders used, banking on 5 year warranty. Could get the motor replaced if it feel the same way. Purchased it a couple of days ago, will wait to do a detailed review. 1. Looks good, easy to handle 2. Dough ground reasonably well 3. Motor gets hot quickly within 10-15 mins, watching cautiously. My old grinder would not get hot even up to an hour. Consolation with the new one is, dough is not getting warm, only motor gets warm. May be because it is a new piece, will wait for a few more times use to make up my mind. 4. Relatively quiet Except from motor getting hot, the product design seemed good. Quieter and faster, good dough. The unit I got likely had a problem in the motor aside from some minor scratches on the product. I'd have ignored the minor scratches if motor was not getting hot. So getting a replacement unit of the same model is good. Amazon sent me a replacement item, arrived dead. the whole center piece was broke. Waiting for refund after sending the replacement unit back.
