If this product is as described, why is there no ingredient information or nutritional facts on the LABEL? On Amazon, they list the product as 100 percent infused extra virgin olive oil but on the ACTUAL PRODUCT there is no information provided as to the content makeup of this product or about "cold pressing" or anything else other than "Product of California" and "Spicy Jalapeno." I have no idea why they are not following standard labeling practices so my conclusion is Buyer Beware. Why? Because it is quite possible that the extra virgin oil content (if it really is extra virgin olive oil) may actually be a smaller percentage of the contents than they wish you to know.

Delicious. We first tasted jalepeno infused olive oil at a winery in Sonoma that also made their own olive oil. We had a couple of bottles shipped home. This is as good as what we found in Sonoma. Use it for an extra kick when roasting veggies!

This stuff is awesome! To me, it is like "liquid gold". It has exceptional flavor - this is my second order - and I love it!
