pudding or shake
I love the versatility of being able to make pudding or a shake. I have ordered the vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. I think the chocolate is my favorite. I am not to keen on the strawberry but I have made a swirl with strawberry and chocolate and it compliments each other, but the strawberry is not my favorite. I was overall thrilled to find this brand as it is in protocol for the ideal protein diet. I have also tried the wonder slim shakes/pudding as well. Really thick and smooth.

Tastes artificial
As I already provided in my previous review for this company's product. This tastes artificial. It is almost as you taste corn starch sweetened with who knows what! Very dissapointing.

Does the job
Not the best tasting shake out there but it gives you high protein. This is nothing fancy but it is so low calorie, so don't expect to be knocked off your feet.
