Review: It's an amazing rubber tape. - Boy, this stuff really kicks ass, and i'm not joking. I bought this because I installed a 6 camera CCTV system on my house. They say that the cameras and the Ethernet (POI) are waterproof to 67. The cameras maybe but the connectors wern't. I did all the connections on all the phones. Some of the connectors were under some tiles or overlap of the building while others were just out to the elements. After a few days of heavy rain i lost signal to the cameras that did not have any building overlap like under tiles or doorframe. The cables were wet and connectors rusted. The water had seeped in and destroyed the cables and the cameras by the ethernet connection. Thankfully the company replaced the cameras, I bought a better quality ethernet cables and instead of just leaving the connections out in the open which they say is waterproof i was not taking anychances as all the cameras that were out before were damaged with the rain. On the new cameras I encased the ethernet cable connections with this product. It bonded to itself in minutes. Nothing can get in now not even air, it's air tight and very waterproof. Great product. Does what it says it will.
Review: Wow this stuff is really sticky. - Wow this stuff is sticky. We had a leaking joint in our gutters. I figured it would be a good idea to put this tape over the join. It definitely works. In fact I doubt the gutter will ever come apart again. Ever. If you are wondering if this will fix a leak, then don't worry, this is fit for purpose. The only real worry is if you need to remove it later. That will be a problem.

**Q: would this stop a leak on a radiator hose on my car**
A: I ve used it for an outdoor pool and works perfect ..but my husband said it won’t work for radiator hose,becouse it’s hot water flow.

**Q: Can this be used to fix a hole in a trampoline mat?**
A: I would say yes for the padding mat.

**Q: Is this heat resistant enough, to use to patch a hole/gap in a car, engine firewall, insulation panel (insulation material still in situ)?**
A: I haven’t tried any heat stronger than a hairdryer to be honest . I repaired a brush as use it for everything so heat proof to some degree but I personally wouldn’t use as rubbery has chance of melting

**Q: Can this be used to repair a small leak in a water butt. If yes should it be applied inside or outside. Is it still usable after2/3 years?**
A: Ive not used it in a water but it sticks to plastic and tin i put on holes in Wrigley tin on the inside 6 months ago I live half way up a mountain in Pembrokeshire and the weather can become wet and windy it's holding well.give it a try youve got nothing to lose this tape has many uses you wont be out of pocket

Wow this stuff is sticky. We had a leaking joint in our gutters. I figured it would be a good idea to put this tape over the join. It definitely works. In fact I doubt the gutter will ever come apart again. Ever. If you are wondering if this will fix a leak, then don't worry, this is fit for purpose. The only real worry is if you need to remove it later. That will be a problem.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant stuff but doesn’t stick to wet surfaces

It wouldn’t stick to wet guttering despite saying it can even be applied under water. However when applied to a dried part it sticks immediately and fixed an annoying drip instantly. Also used it to fix a crack in lead flashing and it worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend but note that it seems to need a dry surface to stick correctly
