These cards have some great questions for the team. Wonderful conversation starters.

I don't recommend these cards if you are already familiar with retrospectives and looking for new ideas to freshen up the experience. I found better ideas online.

I adore retrospectives and wouldn't like to try and count how many I have facilitated over the last ten years or so. Nevertheless it is easy to get entrenched in one's personal favourite techniques and formats. This deck provides a refreshing set of retrospective options and I'm certain I will use it when I am looking for inspiration or a fresh approach. Highly recommended.

Any any self aware team or scrum master will tell you, keeping your retrospectives fresh so they continue to dig in to the issues and promote strengths can be challenging. While you're planning your next retrospective, pick a couple of cards at random and see where they take your imagination.

As someone who loves help people think for themselves, by asking questions rather than giving answers, I love these cards. They're applicable to any role and process and I'm sure I'll find myself reaching for them when I'm looking for inspiration.

Used these cards for a staff away day. The cards enabled us to discuss difficult issues. Would recommend

Some of the cards are ridiculous. There is one card prompting a SCRUM master to act as an animal which is rather bizarre.

These are great. I like to mix things up in a retrospective - to get new angles and insights and to keep momentum. The cards format and the insightful questions on them help achieve just that.

Great inspiration for our retrospectives that had become a little stale over time. Recommended.

Au niveau du contenu des cartes :- Bonnes idées : des questions ou des exercices (JDR) amusants et originaux, bien pour animer une rétro ... and have fun.- Maintenant, c'est un contenu limité et orienté : on est sur du fun et pas forcément dans la triste réalité ... et si vous étiez un super héros, et si vous aviez un super pouvoir, et si l'argent était illimité, et si c'était un film hollywoodien, et si c'était votre dernier sprint, si c'était un jeu, et que manque-il pour devenir la super équipe où tout le monde veut aller ?- Du coup en terme d'amélioration continue ... quand c'est la guerre, qu'il n'y a pas trop de budget et qu'il y a des vrais problèmes à solutionner, on passe à côté.Au niveau de la qualité de fabrication des cartes en elles-mêmes :- 54 cartes,- peu épaisses,- à peine plastifiées,On imagine bien que si elles sont trop manipulées et par des personnes peu précautionneuses, elles ne survivront pas longtemps.Bon c'est toujours bien d'avoir de nouvelles idées et une ouverture supplémentaire en rétro, le tout dans une ambiance légère et détendue, mais il ne faut surtout pas passer à côté des problèmes de fond : l'objectif principal d'une rétro reste de s'améliorer à partir des feed backs de l'équipe.
