It wobbles a lot!** A: We used a cord from a prior cat tree screwed into a wall stud to stabilize as our adult cats, 10-18 lbs like to jump levels. We suspect our floor is a tad off level, however I would add a stabilizer cord to anything this tall for cats for safety sake. **Q: The wood pieces have velcro but the beds don't and fall off when the cats jump and move around in it.
