Be Aware That This Contains Rice as #1 Ingredient
For most it probably won't matter that this product contains rice, despite not being listed in the title. But for those like me who want quinoa, and not rice, it is a disappointment. My fault for going on face value of the title (which should be Rice & Quinoa Elbows Pasta) and not reading the ingredients. Most likely won't eat so can't speak to the taste.

Great product
Only 4 stars because of price. Would order again when the price lowers dramatically. Just not enough product for the price. Brown rice noodles work and taste the same for half the price.

nice light ricey white & chewy
lots of noodles here, I love being able to buy these in quantity, and with the significant rice-flour component these things have a nice light texture, not too grainy like the more corn based quinoa noodles can be

Excellent Pasta!!!!!!!!!
These are awesome!!! Tastes just like regular pasta. But be sure not to over cook. I cook only 7 mins. at boil!

Taste and texture
Taste and texture are great. I will definitely be buying more.

Less package
Good product and will buy again. Like getting in bulk and I put into mason jars for storage in my pantry. Other Quinoa came in 8 oz boxes which is not quite enough for my family but 2 boxes just too much.
