Out of the box, break-in was still required to customize the fit to my hand but the tobacco tanned oiled leather provided a head start. After of few hours of playing catch the glove is game ready. One concern with a 14 inch glove is whether there is enough structure to prevent flopping and an overstretched web over time. I have a feeling that this will not be an issue because the glove is solid and well made. Verdict is still out on this one
I have owned this glove for about 2 months and I still trying to get used to it. the tobacco smell also still takes some time to go away. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase but I am still trying to get used to it.

I LOVE this glove
I LOVE this glove. I play senior softball and I wanted a good glove. I first bought a Nokona that I just could not break in. I decided to take a chance and other my Shoeless Joe. The pocket is awesome and very easy to squeeze. It's the only glove I use.
