Octagonal 16' x 14' 6" Gazebo

The octagon was missing two legs, and one other was damaged. It included paperwork to contact Sunjoy directly in the US, so I did. They replaced the damaged leg, but said the two other legs were on back order (different style.) I paid for this eight (8) months ago, and have been told by the manufacturer that the legs are on backorder and have to come out of China. Basically, I have spent $3,000.00 for something taking up space in my storage area that I cannot use and just get the runaround.

It took 3 men 7 hours to assemble and one man 4 hours to anchor to slab due to rebar in the slab getting in way of 2 holes. Overall, it is a good quality but one of the studs on the roof cover strips on the bridge bracket broke loose from it's weld when tightening the screw for the cover strip. The roof is very hot in the sun and radiates infrared heat downward onto the heads of those under it. Recommend an optional insulation package to stop that radiation so that it would be truly cool all the time. I could give it 5 stars but for the heat from the dark roof. The gazebo we installed was from Costco, not Amazon but the identical same model with a different name.
