An outstanding product that stands in line with the Japanese set that I present own, with great value. I love this knife! It feels good in my hand, is well-balanced, and is sharp enough to do everything my chef’s knife can do and more. Plus, it’s great quality for the price. I’ve even been using it more than my Shun Classic Meat Cleaver and it's stylish enough that my girlfriend wants one, too!

I bought this cleaver to chop 7 briskets. Yeah, I know you are not supposed to chop briskets! But, it was for a band function and they were selling chopped beef sandwiches. I love the cleaver! It's heavy enough that you don't have to saw through the meat, but yet very comfortable to use.

Fantastic knife! The size is perfect and it can take the place and do the same thing (but better) than many of my knives. It is very comfortable to handle and work with. I would recommend it to any serious cook as well as those who just need a great knife. Great gift idea with a reasonable price.

I love this cleaver! Super high quality with awesome branding. You definitely are "cooking with attitude" when this knife goes through vegetables and bone in meat alike as smoothly as silk. I would expect to pay up to 3x more for cutlery with this quality. Highly recommend!

What an absolutely wonderful knife! As an experienced cook, I have have had knives at all price points, but this one is versatile enough to use for both meat and vegetables...it has become my go to knife. With it comfortable gripe and efficient blade, I cannot recommend this product more highly!
