Wrong Size, Great Customer Service
They say they are for serving food but they are smaller than a cereal bowl. How are you supposed to serve food in a tiny bowl. Very disappointed in the description. I was hoping for bowls that I could use to really serve food. After putting in a request to return the bowls, I received an email and a follow up call to discuss my issue. I spoke with Darryl (sp?) and I was refunded for the shipping. He was very accommodating, and I appreciated the explanation that the dimensions were towards the bottom of the page. Also, the bowls are usually used for smoothie or acai bowls which makes sense when you see the size. The bowls didn't work for me, but at least I know the company is not a janky one. If I do need bowls of that size, I would repurchase these. They were just not our needs at this time.

Condition with oil to keep them tip top shape
Okay, we’ve had these 4 cute coconut bowls for a couple weeks now, long enough to use them for a dinner party (we threw a Survivor TV show themed dinner party, which is why I bought the bowls, to serve rice in :)), we hand washed them & conditioned them with organic coconut oil. They turn out beautifully. We are in the Palm Springs area, with less than 10% humidity at times! and they are really impressing us b/c they are withstanding the extra dry climate. They are cute, smooth, clean up well, easy to hold in your hands and look great on a table. Very nice bowls, proud to own them & use at our parties. They were shipped quickly and wrapped individually to protect them.

Faded and cracked after two uses.
Looked cute when we first got it. I gave a few of them out as gifts and kept one for myself. After the first use the bowl had kind of a faded look to it. It didn't photograph as impressive as I had thought, which is a bummer as I had hoped to use it for food photography The second time I used it it cracked and I only had slightly warm oatmeal in it. I read the care instructions afterward and it says not to put anything hot in it so I guess that is my fault. regardless by nature of it being a natural coconut Bowl the bull inside has a lot of crevices which I imagine after a few uses would not be sanitary for food regardless of what you're putting in it. Overall I would not buy this item again.

Cute little bowls and spoons! My husband and son weee going on a “Viking” experience camping trip with their scout troop and needed more primitive eating wear. My husband could find nothing. Found these bowls at the last minute and they arrived very fast (Prine) and just in time! They were perfect for the occasion and my husband was impressed with them! We will be taking very good care of them (hand wash only) for future events. 👍🏼

love.. but.. don't.
okay this is hard to review. I love this bowls, love the company and the thought. The come with very clear instructions which I have followed for cleaning and when using for warm soups ect.. But these bowls aren't very practical for most things. 2 of mine have already cracked and now leak. But they are still great for dry things or fruit and stuff like that. I still love them and they are beautiful!

These are beautiful and sturdy but I just can't give them a higher rating because they are not level, they wobble around. They are also smaller than what they were described as.

Bowls look cool but are not practical, versatile or durable
You can't use these bowls with anything hot or anything too cold. Basically, you can eat cereal and dry snacks with them. Not that versatile. Even though we followed the temperature guidelines and only washed them by hand, one bowl cracked within the first two weeks. We've repurposed it as a change holder. The other bowls look dried out, are chipping and cracks are starting to form. The bowls look cool, but they're not very practical.
