DVD Video Options: Color, Dolby, DTS Surround Sound. This concert was recorded at Le Zenith in Paris in March 2007 in front of a wildly enthusiastic sell-out crowd. It captures the band rocking at their hardest and most powerful and giving a new life to all their best loved tracks. Toto formed in LA in the late 70's by a group of friends who were all much in demand session musicians. They went on to epitomize the classic American Pop/Rock sound of the 80's and 90's with hit albums and singles including 'Hold the Line', 'Africa', 'I'll Be Over You' and the multi-Grammy winning worldwide hit 'Rosanna'.

A great concert from a great band for a great finale
I saw them on this tour in Jm Thorpe, PA. The show was great but attendance wasn't. What a shame that this band didn't do better here in the states. Anyhow, I waited a couple of years to buy this on BD and it is worth the wait. I got what I expected as far as visual and sound quality. Five Stars there!! I read alot of the reviews here and I agree that the one problem is band chemistry without Dave and Mikey. Don't get me wrong, Greg fits in well, plays great and sings almost as badly as Dave. Leland is a great bassist but he is NOT Mike P. Check out the previous Anniversary Live in Amsterdam! Mike is so wound into the band you cannot help but miss him!!The band comes out strong with great material from the "Falling" CD which features some of their hardest material since "Kingdom of Desire", which is also well represented in this concert BTW! Bobby is at his best ever in this concert from beginning to end and is even doing his old singing without the mike thing on occasion, amazing. Luke is, well...Luke. Anyone reading this is a Toto fan, need I say more? His guitar rips, shreds, and dances with a mastery worthy of being called one of the best in rock, no doubt at all. His singing is his usual smoky voice that blends perfectly in every exchange with the great Bobby Kimball and suits some of his great ballad stuff perfectly. I'll Be Over You, though "medleyfied" showcases why Luke was able to help carry the band through the lead singer crisis of an earlier time. (BTW please release some of the reunion stuff featuring Bobby and Joe Williams on stage together....)Unfortunately Toto has this medley thing they do that has always annoyed me. I realize that they have an extensive catalog with alot of fan faves, they play very hard during their concert and are getting older. However, there is no reason why they cannot do the songs in full during a longer concert with a break. Hey, Rush plays just as hard, have been around just as long or longer and don't play medleys!! That has always been my beef. I have seen them several times and each time I loved them but with exception taken to medleys. Nonetheless I rate this as 5 star with a strong recommend, especially if you have a quality system!! Now that they have gone their separate ways lets have some remasters of some of their earlier works, after all they are all studio guys, no excuse not to do it!! With all that said Toto is a great band and one of my all time favorites, thank you guys for all the great memories that come with so many songs!!

Toto - sounding and looking their best LIVE!
I now have this and the 35th Tour from Poland, with the 25th from Amsterdam on standard DVD ( will be upgrading to Blu Ray soon ). Each one is VERY different, so much so as to buying the 25th over again, as it has the most rock feel of the three. Falling In Between far and away has the best picture and sound quality ( the back of the cover says the audio was recorded with Atmos equipment ( no mention of Dolby ), and is now my no. one reference concert disc - bumping " Creed Live " from my top pick in terms of Blu Ray sound quality. It makes me wonder what the Eagles " Hell Freezezs Over " or Genisis's " The Videos " among others would sound / look like in Blu-Ray! Can't afford to replace too many discs I already own now that I'm " out of the business ", still enjoy buying SACD's now and then, and struggle to get by on Disability. Perhaps the acoustics of the venue has to do with it - 'cause it seems unusual the most recent recording ( 35th Ann. ) would " get by " with the worst recording quality of the three ( soon to revue that one also ). Back in '79, ( yes, I am older than the wheel ) when I was first exposed to Toto, I wasn't this big a fan. But live is where this band truly shines, and the lineups due to death, illness, and injury leave Steve " Luke " Lukather and Simon Phillips as the only players on all three concerts. I don't own more than one concert DVD from any one artist often. But these three are SO different, there's a time and place for all three, and the musicianship is ALWAYS the top priority of Toto. This one's the ( I hesitate to say it ) least rocker of the three concerts, but if you appreciate great music, and high quality reproduction, start with this one. The solo's, the funky / jazzy ( at times ) time signatures are great. In my humble opinion, though, th 25 th Anniversary is the hardest rocker, and the 35th goes more diversely into their catalog of material. Can't go wrong to wishing you hadn't with any of the three! God bless and KEEP ROCKIN"!

meine beste Konzert Blue Ray! Top!!

I bought this Blu Ray and the 40 Trips Blu Ray as well & owned 35 Poland Blu Ray
SO I wanted to see what a Concert was like With Bobby Kimball Singing, He was brought back for this concert other than being a little disappointed with how the songs were played and it seeming like it was more of a smaller band without David or Steve Procaro in the concert seemed to take an element out of the whole experience ... Seemed more like The Steve Lukather band and friends rather than "Toto" ... Sound was awesome, Song selection also great, Video footage also great ... Just what I would expect from Eagle Vision Productions ... So still worth the Buy!!!

Hammer!!!!

Outstanding
Everything is a personal opinion but I had to write about this concert. The PQ is superb as is the 7.1 AQ. What is the most amazing thing about this concert is the musicality. It is rare to find true musicians nowadays who can actually play an instrument. These guys individually are amazing and also know how to use their voices as unique instruments. The music has complex melodies / counter melodies / and change-ups that all Toto fans will enjoy. WOW is really the only thing to say. I have many blu-ray concerts and I count this one as one of my favourites.
