I have stated in my reviews of Real Avids products that my only problem with them was that they are made in China. I do not know where they get the steel from but it is most definitely not from China. I can assure you that the design did not come from China either. My Son talked me into the screw driver bit set and I was impressed. I REALLY like all of the products that I have bought from them but have buyers remorse only in that I try very hard to not buy made in China. **Q: What come with this vise? i see in the description it says "vise", does it come with all the pins and padded jaws etc.? thank you!** A: Yes, the vise comes with the Gun-Fit Sleeves (Jaws) and the pins to lock them into place, as well as mounting hardware. **Q: Does this come with the mag for clamping down?** A: Everything (including the bolts) to bolt it to your bench or kitchen countertop haha. **Q: Can you detach the vise from its mounting base?** A: YES YOU COULD, BUT GREAT VISE THE WAY IT IS.
