Works great
Easy install. Using it to split charge between my boat lift and boat battery. So far, it works well.

Easy to use, see, and understand.
Works like a charm! Have it charging the starting battery and electric trolling motor battery in my boat. Once one or the other battery is topped off, it automatically sends the *extra* current to the remaining battery. Couldn't be happier. Great product.

So far it's working
I purchased this controller to upgrade our sailboat's solar-charged battery bank from one (starter) lead-acid battery to two (starter and "house" deep cycle type). The pre-programmed default settings met my needs for this application, sending 90% of the charging power to our #1 starter battery, 10% to the deep cycle battery until #1 is fully charged. Then the power is diverted to #2 until fully charged. Then there is trickle charge to both. It seems to be working as described. Two things I don't like: (1) The slotted screws that clamp the wires inserted by the installer are at the bottom of a very narrow aperture, such that I had to buy a special screwdriver with a narrow blade in order to tighten the connection. (2) The display is rudimentary. I knew this from the product description and image, and chose this product anyway to save money. I somewhat regret it because the Epever model it replaced (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BXRIRQC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) has a very informative LCD screen, and you don't need to memorize the secret code of blinking lights to tell how it is operating. All in all, I am satisfied that this will perform as we need for our unplugged boat, on a mooring, so that we will always be able to start the engine.

Instructions are vague.
As is usually the case with products from another country, the instructions are vague. The manual indicates the LED on the unit will blink "slow" or "fast" depending on the current status. Slow and fast are relative. The instructions should say something like a slow blink is once every 2 seconds and a fast blink is once every half second, etc. Instead, I have had to work through customer service and place this question to the manufacturer. Right now, because I do not know if my blinking light is "slow" or "fast", my battery could have one of two very different conditions.

3 failed units; warranty is a huge hassle
I’ve gone through 3 of these units in 4 years, each time the same thing, flashing LED lights that don’t resolve with a reset. The warranty process is a joke, the paperwork requires a multi step troubleshooting process that you have to video record at each step and send into the manufacturer. After spending three hours on a $40 item, I fell back to another warranty option (prime ;) Since they no longer offer free shipping and returns. I’m gonna move on to another controller.

Great dual battery charge controller
I was very skeptical of this dual battery charge controller since it was so cheap. I have an rv and a cargo trailer each with their own solar and batteries but i wanted to be able to send any unused power from my trailer over to my rv. I was able to make it happen using this controller. After the trailer battery is charged (usually by 9am), it sends any extra unused solar input over to the second battery in my rv.

Won't charge below a certain voltage
Works great when it can tell your battery is there. FYI, if your battery drops below a certain voltage it won't charge it anymore. For example if you forget your inverter on. Don't ask me why.

Solid piece of equipment
I store my boat where there is no ready access to electricity to use the onboard charger. So, I use this controller with a 100-watt solar panel to keep my two marine batteries fully charged. The controller has worked flawlessly since installing it in 2017.

Great Product, Fast Delivery
Works great for charging 2 batteries with a single solar panel. Had one on an RV and now a remote observatory

safe installation of a fused battery connections
Unit works real well. By placing the solar panel inside the boat under the hatch window it reduced the charge rate and place the solar panel in a secure place .But still keeps the batteries fully charged.
