Stripped teeth on plier
Still haven't fully utilized the full set, but: The first time I used the 7" slip joint pliers on a steel screw (case screw on a Ford alternator) the screw took out all the teeth on the sides of the plier's jaws. Don't bet on the HRC56+/-2 hardening, the teeth stripped out like on any Chinese plier. Absolutely not impressed with the 7" slip joint pair.

Never thought I needed something like this, but having them they have come in handy on so many things. Aside from being a quality piece of kit, the cutouts for helping to grip bolt heads has been useful on a number of small metric crank case cover bolts which were rounded.
