Fortunately had the color item in stock my daughter liked best, worked perfectly and she tuned her Fender 3/4 nylon acoustic with it right away and is very pleased to play her new guitar in tune.

Really cute accessory, especially for young guitar players - but, I found that the quality of the tuning was just okay. And, more significantly, it's not all that sturdy, and the "cat" broke off the unit in my daughter's gig bag within about 6 weeks of purchase.Not a great option for a serious guitar player. Works fine for a beginner/kid, but be sure they are careful with it, because it breaks somewhat easily.

I bought this as a gift (along with a new ukulele and case) for a close friend. After they opened the items, I began tuning it for them. I simultaneously clipped on my TC POLYTUNE and THIS THING SEEMED AS ACCURATE, but with a less detailed display!

I love it. I use it every couple of days for my harp and it has been so amazing.

Would have been nice if the battery had been installed already. Plus it was tough to turn install and turn on the tuner itself. I thought it was going to break. Luckily it didn’t.

To be honest this is a great device for kids learning how to adjust their strings. I did notice a bit of trouble tuning string 6. 1-5 showed accurately as 1-5 on the tuner, but when I got to the 6th string or the top string for visual learners, the turner was indicating that I was on string 1. eventually I got the right tone but the string Number indicator was still jumpy.I tried moving the clip to a different location on the head of the guitar, but couldn't overcome the issue. FYI.

Disappointed. Just received for my 7 year old daughter. The battery cover seems to fit alright, but the unit only turns on if I am pressing hard on the battery cover. As soon as there is no pressure on the battery cover it shuts off. So basically, you have to press the battery cover down firmly to make a connection which will keep the power on. After much difficulty, we set it to ukulele setting, but as soon as I release pressure on the battery cover, it shuts off, and when turned back on, it goes back to chromatic mode. Also tested it against my own tuner - it was off quite a bit and had trouble even detecting the A string at all. My daughter still likes it and wants to keep it because it is cute, and I’m only out $11, but I will need to buy her another tuner. Not the end of the world, and most reviews seemed ok......I guess we just got a dud.EDIT: my husband was able to adjust the piece that creates a connection with the battery, so it is working now and actually seems to be a decent tuner. We’re satisfied.

I bought this for my daughter, who is just getting into ukulele. It works well, came with a battery and is very cute and easy to use. Good value for money.

This product came as advertised. Because of COVID I finally took up my desire to learn the ukulele. Works great, cute little cat design, came well packaged with instructions.
