Turm Me Up: Turmeric Curcumin, BioPerine & Black Pepper Blend: Daily Anti Inflammatory Supplement for Health & Joint Benefits - Turmeric Root Extract and Organic Powder

I just ordered my 2nd bottle from this company, as I feel the product has been helping me. I’ve been taking a higher daily dosage, due to trying to knock out a pinched nerve issue, which is improving more each day.I did a fair amount of research before settling on this brand, as Turmeric was new to me. --- The short story of what I found is that many brands provide a high amount of “Organic Turmeric” root powder, which is basically the same thing used in cooking. However, that powder by itself only contains about 2%-5% of the active ingredient, Curcumin, which is what provides the majority of the health benefits. In order to get higher levels of Curcumin that will be effective, the pill needs to have good amounts of “Turmeric Extract”. Many brands I looked at either did not list their Curcumin or if they did, the amounts were low. Turmeric and Curcumin have very poor Bioavailability and without assistance will most likely just run right through your system, without much positive impact. That’s why this product includes “Black Pepper Extract” (Bioperine), as this improves Bioavailability by 2,000% (not a typo).Finally, be careful when you review the labels. Many brands list their MG info, but it’s based on 2 or 3 capsules, not just 1. I found this brand presented the best ingredients and dosage in a single serving, at a reasonable price. I also contacted them with a question and they came back with a positive and very helpful response within just a few hours, which I appreciated!

So far, so good. I have been taking Turmeric Curcumin for over a month now and am starting to see some results. I have had issues with joint pain for a while now, due to some medical issues. My Endocrinologist tried to send me to a Rheumatologist, but I don't want to start taking steriods and more prescription pills if I don't have to. Besides, I don't think I actually have rheumatoid arthritis and I don't trust that they won't try me on different drugs anyway. Seems to be what always happens when I go to a new doctor.Anyway, after a few weeks of use, I started noticing little improvements such as being able to bend over without the lower back pain I was experiencing. My knees and hips seem to be getting less sore as well. Just in general, issues with inflammation seem to be lessened. I can also walk much further now on my nightly walks, up to 5 miles from 3 or 4. I had the energy to keep going before, but my joints would ache. Now I can go further. I have already recommended to a friend. I truly believe this is improving my quality of life.

Turmeric Curcumin, BioPerine and Black Pepper are great to fight inflamation. This combination is also great for controlling estrogen in men. When men get stressed, our cortisol goes up and can make men carry extra fat - especially around the belly. This combination is strong. Purly Grown's product is superior to the other brands that I have taken. I had to take two pills with Schwartz Bioresearch to get the same amouints of turmeric curcumin, bioperine and black pepper. The tumeric extract in Purely grown 50mg stronger than the same product by Schwartz Bioresearch. This is the main driver for anti-inflammation and controlling access estrogen. I will continue to only buy this product.

I have only been taking this for a very short amount of time. I suffer from migraines constantly about three a week or so I haven't gotten a feel of the start of a migraine since I b van to take the pills I usually take them with my lunch mid day. I did notice that I get nauseous shortly after for about an hour but after that I feel great!

I had a scare about a year ago that I could have potentially had an autoimmune disease such as Lupus. Luckily my levels were borderline and not significant enough to affect my daily life (currently) however as I age it may increase. I went on a search to find an all natural product that can reduce inflammation. I loved that this product added the black pepper to increase absorption. Since I've started taken this I have more energy and feel healthier as it jump starts my day.

I was told I might have cancer in my lung after going through tests. I have been back to the hospital and the doctors were shocked because the lump in my lungs has shrunk more every appointment I have had. I always believed Tumeric is great for cancer symptoms but, I and the doctors were stunned when they saw how much it has shrunk each time I go back for testing. My breathing and other symptoms have all but gone.

I received this item earlier than expected and it was exactly as described. I am trying turmeric for its anti inflammatory benefits. I have only been taking it for a week so I'm not sure of the results yet.

I bought this because my back has been very stiff for several months. After taking these once a day for a week My back is much better and these haven' bothered my stomach at all.
