The product does not work. It fits perfectly but the side rail does not recognise the Joy Con. When you attach the joy con the Switch Console seems to acknowledge the controller has been connected but the coloured side bar on the screen that indicates the Joy Con colour lights up white. When the Joy Con is attached the buttons do not work and so the product is useless. This is the 2nd time I've bought this product. The 1st time I bought it the same thing happened but I thought it was maybe just a once off faulty product so I didn't return it and instead just purchased another one. That was a mistake because the 2nd one is faulty too. I reconnected an original side rail to the console and it worked perfectly. Its only this brand that doesn't seem to work at all.

Well, it's what it says on the tin. 2 replacement Joy Con rails. The winner here however, for me was the delivery. Ordered Saturday night, arrived Sunday morning- didn't even pay for Prime postage! In terms of the actual product, well it's what you'd expect. Does it's job, now my Switch is fixed in time for the new Pokémon games!
