Umm! Yum
I love the taste of this honey! Makes my green tea taste fabulous! Hard to find eucalyptus honey in my area, do wonderful to get from Bennet Farms! I’ve ordered before and have no issues with them!!! I’ve also tried their avocado! So much better than the syrupy not really honey you buy in stores! I’ll b ordering from them again! It even came earlier than expected!!!

Liquid Raisins
Another update: I've been searching for an Australian Eucalyptus honey that tastes like the original one I happened to find in TJ Max. I just loved that honey. I even purchased the same brand a few times when it showed up again, many different batches, searching for that flavor. The employees now think I'm nuts because I was originally buying many bottles expecting it to taste good. After opening one, hating it (literally HATING it) and checking the batch, I would return the rest from that batch. I did this a couple of times. My bad. I must be known as the mad honey lady. Anyway, I have come to understand that there are so many different types of Eucalyptus trees in Australia (they call the single source honey that predominantly comes from each type of tree "Box Honey" - for instance: "yellow box, red box", etc.) that you cannot be certain what you're getting (it's hit and miss) unless you know which type of eucalyptus you like and then buy that specific box honey. Some of the trees produce very off-putting flavored honey. Some produce honey that tastes just awful for a year, then, over the course of the year, that very same cloudy, weird tasting honey will turn into pleasant tasting honey - in the very same jar. So, if you buy a generic eucalyptus honey that says "Australian Eucalyptus Honey" with no further designation, you have no idea what you're going to get. Plus, I believe that companies send the worst of the generic eucalyptus honey to other unsuspecting countries. If there happens to be a plethora of good honey, more than their market can absorb, then we'll get a good one. I have purchased so much awful eucalyptus honey, designated from Australia but sent to our market, that I will never buy it again unless it's a box honey (which tends to be expensive). Therefore, I'm thinking that buying this wonderful honey, that is not subject to the vagaries of foraging bees on many, many different types of Australian Eucalyptus during the year, is financially prudent, if you like eucalyptus honey, which I do.Update: Perfect syrup replacement. Great on pancakes and French Toast. Consistency for pouring is wonderful and my father loves it!So, I got very lucky and purchased a few giant bottles of raw eucalyptus honey from Australia for very little money. The brand simply doesn't exist online and I am out. Am searching for the same flavor, so purchased this beekeeper's eucalyptus honey. I have read wonderful things about the farm and how wonderful the beekeeper is and I respect that immensely. Truly glowing praise. This honey tastes very much like liquid raisins to me. It doesn't have the bass notes the Australian one did. Apparently, mixed eucalyptus from Australia is very different than in CA (there are many varieties of eucalyptus trees growing wild in Australia and the honey I loved was a mix of them). Different varieties, different terroir, different everything. As is often the case I may let go of expectations and see this honey for what it is and not for what it is not. Am thinking of making rum raisin ice-cream with it.Okay, so it's been awhile since I wrote this and have upped the rating to 5 from 4. I have let go of what I expected and this honey is smooth and delicious! I just had a pinch of every honey in my larder without expectation and I do believe I have whittled the honey I'm hoarding down to all great stuff! I gave the mezzo mezzo stuff away (unfortunately, because I feel I may appreciate some of them more now, like the German forest honey :( ). However, my hoard is unbelievable!!!! I go from one to the other and am blown away by the differences and beauty of them all. Wish I had a jar of every true, raw honey on the planet.

Real Eucalyptus Honey
Real Eucalyptus honey! It’s hard to find a product like this in the US as this is a product commonly found in South America. It’s believed to be a natural expectorant. I love it and can’t get enough of it, I put in in my glass of milk every morning :)Topanga is a great quality honey, I highly recommend it!

Unique amazing flavor!
Been trying various types of honey just for kicks (at least 12 so far). This is amazing and has been my favorite by far. I ordered a smaller bottle but after trying it I had to get the larger size. Very unique and if I’m honest, I frequently just dip a spoon in it and eat it off the spoon. It’s honestly really different and just wonderful.
