Doesn't work for charging with USB A cable
Bought this so that I can use my existing USB C charger to charge my fitbit(which only comes with a USB A charging cable), unfortunately doesn't work at all. Tried to charge other things and none of them charge with this adapter.

Doesn't work
I wanted to use this to replace two adapters connecting an hdmi capture card to a USB-C cable (see photos). The setup with two adapters works fine, but this adapter doesn't work. With this type of setup it makes a difference which orientation the C connecter is in, but it made no difference with this connector, it still didn't work.

Does not work
The USB A female port is extremely tight, and one is unable to insert a USB male connector all the way in. Thus unable to make full connection for data or power. Both adapters are identical and both are unable to properly connect.

perfect form factor
I needed a small form factor usb type converter and this is the perfect size, and works well
