I just received this dolphin from Amazon and find the colors and design are quite nice, but I have a couple of issues with it. First, the hand painted gold paint along the tail was done kind of sloppily. The other issue that I have with it is that it is quite large, so it doesn't fit in with the other trinket boxes I have in my collection. So, I am going to return it.Before you decide to order it, please note the dimensions of the piece to see if it will work for you. If you collect dolphin or ocean/seashore items, this piece might very well work for you.

beautiful trinket box!

This trinket was so adorable i just HAD to order another one for another friend!! It makes a perfect and thoughtful gift; and i had received both of the dolphins before the expected delivery date!! Only reason why I don't give this 5 stars is because the second one i had ordered the jems seemed to be a little sloppy when applied, and it didn't seem to close as nicely as the first one--BUT it's faults were not worthy enough to return it.

I saw this at the Bahamas and the price was actually higher than it is now. This piece is more beautiful in person because of the colors. The dolphin is actually heavier than it appears and it's a perfect size. Hopefully you buy it cause it's a great piece of art :)
