It arrived fast and really well boxed. I'm very happy to have this replacement and the customer service was outstanding. The controller always was super hot, whether it was on or off, if it was plugged it, it was hot. After a couple months it quit working which was probably for the best. Too bad because the blanket itself was very soft and warm. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Best! *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 12, 2024* It’s large soft & the heat is wonderful!
