This shoe only came in whole sizes so I decided to go with the 9. It's a great fit! The 10 definitely would have been to big and I hate loose sandals. I think these are really cute. I love the size of the heart. I got the black & silver color. They seem pretty comfy although I haven't worn them much yet. They seem pretty well made for the $11 price tag.
