I bought two of these scales. First one broke within 2 months; second within 6 months. Package said it had a 5-year warranty. The 800 number doesn't answer calls and neither does the email listed for Balanzza.

Make sure it's charged before you start packing!

This device was great for about 1 year. Then the plastic clip broke, rendering it useless. It claims to have a five year warranty, but neither the e-mail nor the phone number for the company work; I think I'm out of luck.
