I googled the replacement parts and found them on some online parts store and with shipping, it came to over $24 to get the parts. I decided to search for the part on Amazon and this product came up and with the price and one day shipping, I placed the order right away.I removed the top rack after finding the directions on YouTube and removed the broken part and decided to keep the ones that are not broken. I got the order the next day and replaced the broken part and put the rack back in and the rack slid in and out perfectly. I will save the extra three in case the other ones start to go out.. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super Smart *by J***C on Reviewed in the United States on October 27, 2013* I needed disher rack end caps and had already pulled the item number off the GE web site, and while I was there, I decided to also replace these little gizmos.These were like 20 bucks on the GE website, so I was SUPER pleased that they were so much cheaper here. I will tell you I was expecting one pack of 4 and I got 4 backs of 4. But I think that was their fault in packing my order. And if they want them back after reading my review. Let me know I will ship them back at your expense. :)Anyway, they were super easy to install, unlike a prior review. The old ones break when they pop off since they are so brittle, but the new ones just slid on the peg and then the hook part snaps over. I was able to handle it with very little frustration. And trust me, I get frustrated pretty easily. They work great and now it is smooth sailing to unload the dishwasher and since I also ordered stops for the end of the dishwasher rack, I can have my six year old open and unload without worrying he will pull the entire top rack out and ruining all my glasses!! Slightly different design compared to the parts for the old washer in that the wheels are a little narrower. We had to keep a couple of the older wider wheels to prevent the tray from falling into the tub (as they glide on the grooves to the side). That is why I took one star off.
